These are super easy to make. Usually a lunch time staple but made them when I got home from work last night! No pictures because I ate them before I got the chance!
2 wholewheat tortillas
2 tbsp tomato puree
Grated cheese (mozzarella/cheddar)
Spread the tomato puree with the back of a spoon on the wrap and top with cheese.
This is the base I top mine with peppers, onion, mushrooms, spinach, feta and also used some grated cooked beetroot!
James tops his with paprika, chicken and some black pepper.
Pop under a hot grill till edges are brown and cheese is melted. Slice, tear or fold and eat!
