Hi everyone first I better introduce myself! I’m Martina, when I moved to Dublin I lived in a tiny flat, hence the blog name. So for the past few years I have been an avid runner, rugby player, gym goer, yogi, one time cross fitter and general fitness enthusiast! This is my first blog so hopefully it will get better!
While in New Zealand I decided to pursue a career in health and fitness, yea! With this came the decision to clean up my diet. It was so easy in New Zealand; quinoa, lentils, chickpeas, chia and healthy fast foods were readily available.
But back in Ireland I fell off the band wagon! Daily treats, sugary coffees, takeaways, nightly hot chocolates and no surprise I started to feel crap again……so last night after a chat, I took the decision to completely quit sugar! So from today I’m cleaning out the cupboards! Did you know sweet chilli dipping sauce is 40% sugar?! So follow me on my journey to health and fitness from a tiny flat on a budget! Hope I can give inspiration, get inspiration and help all you healthy people stay healthy!
